Boys Brigade Soup & SweetSaturday 05-12-2009
The annual soup and Sweet was well attended, and the parents committee who organised this event were pleased that about £320 was raised toward BB funds, Thanks to all who came along.

PantomimeWednesday 02-12-2009
Children from all of the youth groups attended the Christmas play which was presented in the public hall, in all over 50 youngsters and adults enjoyed the performance.

Rock Solid CeilidhSaturday 28-11-2009
We held a St Andrews Ceilidh both as a fundraiser and a fellowship night, About 50 people came along and enjoyed the dancing and the stovies. Thanks to all who attended and for all the donations, we raised £255 towards our residential.

RS Soup & SweetMonday 23-11-2009
Last Saturday we held a soup & sweet in the church centre, we were very busy and raised £300 towards our next residential. Thanks to everyone who came along

Harvest Thanksgiving and BB Dedication ServiceMonday 19-10-2009
Yesterday we had our joint service with Maud & Savoch Church. The speaker was Scott Higgins from Turriff and the worship group led the praise. During the service the BBs were rededicated, and some certificates presented to those boys who had raised money for World Mission. Special mention was made of Calum Donald, a former St Kane's BB and Queens Badge holder who is currently working with Mission Africa in Nigeria, he had been asked to be inspecting officer at the local BB parents night. Fellowship Weekend at KincraigMonday 12-10-2009
Last weekend a group of members from St Kane's and Maud & Savoch churches arrived at Cairngorm Christian Centre for our annual fellowship weekend. We were joined by Rev Mark Malcolm from Chryston, near Glasgow, who led us through th Bible teaching. On Friday evening he asked us 'Do I know his voice?, On Saturday morning, How do I look? and then at the Sunday morning service, Where do I stand? During the service several members helped with the readings, and Ben and Ian played for us to sing to.

Wild West Holiday Club & Food for Youth ClubThursday 20-08-2009
Once again this year Andy Burns from Urban Impact Christian Ministries, Dundee, led these very successful groups.They ran from Monday to Friday. There were more than 50 children enrolled for the morning club and a good number for the evening. At the holiday Club, children enjoyed bible stories, and learned memory verses, as well as learning many new songs and doing arts & crafts, face and nail painting, jewellry making and they especially enjoyed the line dancing and football.At the evening club a different food was served every night, and the young folk enjoyed more line dancing, computer games, table tennis ... Steve Kritzer Musical EveningTuesday 28-07-2009
Steve comes from California and plays guitar, mandolin and other stringed instruments.He was appearing at the Ugie Folk Festival in Stuatfield as a folk singer. He is a worship leader in his church in California and on Sunday 26th July we were treated to some well know Christian songs and hymns as well as some that Steve has written himself, we were able to join in with those we knew, everyone who came along enjoyed the evening with this talented Christian.

Rock Solid Residential 2009Monday 27-07-2009
From 19th-24th July, 15 young people and 10 leaders went to the Cairngorm Christian Centre for the Rock Solid residential. The theme for the week was learning more about the Holy Spirit and how it can affect our lives.
We split into small groups for daily chats and prayers, before having times of praise and bible teaching. There were also lots of fun games including the”screaming game” – don’t stand next to William for that one!! In the evenings there was another small teaching and praise time before some free time and then bedtime.
